Getaway Eligibility Requirements
Your Orlando vacation package was discounted for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership.
You must meet the following conditions and be qualified on the day of the sales presentation to participate: must attend a 90-minute sales presentation; annual household income of at least $50,000; if married, both husband and wife must attend the presentation together. This offer only available to residents of the United States.
This offer is not valid if the certificate holder has received benefits from the developer during the last six (6) months for attending a sales presentation at any of the following Island One resorts: Ron Jon Resort Orlando (formerly the Isle of Bali), Bryan’s Spanish Cove, Orbit One or Ron Jon Resort Ormond Beach (formerly Plantation Cove Resort).
Participants must be willing to show two (2) forms of identification before the sales presentation. A driver’s license or photo ID and one of the following will be acceptable: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and/or a checkbook with valid address and phone number.
Previous participants, current owners and employees of Florida Vacation Station or Island One Resorts, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or divisions are not eligible for this promotion.
PACKAGE DETAILS
The $199 price is based on one-bedroom accommodations with occupancy of four persons during the Value Season at Ron Jon Resort Orlando. Price points vary by season and size of accommodation. Additional nights are available at a reduced rate. Upgrades to a larger unit are available. NOTE: Two-bedroom upgrade packages may be confirmed to any Island One Resort and cannot be guaranteed to stay at Ron Jon Resort Orlando.
A major credit card or refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in. Island One Resorts is not responsible for any defaults, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages in respect to or arising out of services or properties of independent third parties.
This vacation package is not redeemable for cash and is void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State and Local laws apply. The vacation package is only transferable with the written pre-approval of Island One Resorts and is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional program of Florida Vacation Station, Island One Resorts or its affiliates. Retail value of this package ranges between $350.00 - $750.00. The retail value of this package depends upon the time of year of the reservation. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more families traveling together.
In the event that you do not attend the full presentation, the current (rack room) rate of up to $209.00 per day (plus applicable taxes) for each day you occupy your accommodations will be charged to your credit card.
All other charges, expenses, taxes and the cost of travel are the sole responsibility of the individual and are not included.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES:
Upon purchase of your package, you have thirty (30) days to cancel the package without penalty. After thirty (30) days you can reschedule or forfeit your package and monies paid. Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and sent via certified mail to Island One Resorts, 2423 Sand Lake Rd., Orlando, FL 32809.
Your reservation may be rescheduled up to thirty (30) days before your scheduled arrival date at no cost. All room reservations are subject to availability. Room availability during high season and holiday weekends is extremely limited. All reschedule requests must be in writing. A $50 service fee will be charged for reschedules within thirty (30) days prior to arrival. No reschedules will be processed less than ten (10 ) days prior to arrival.
